The Luftsportgemeinschaft Bad Pyrmont - Lügde e.V. is an aviation club based at the Bad Pyrmont airfield in Germany's Weserbergland region. The club operates a diverse fleet including modern gliders such as the Alexander Schleicher ASK21 and ASK13, Scheibe SF34 B, Grob Astir CS 77, and Rolladen-Schneider LS 4. Powered aircraft include the Robin DR 400-180 Régent and DR 400-180 S, while the ultralight selection features the Ekolot JK 05 Junior and Aeroprakt A-32. The motor glider Scheibe Falke SF-25-C is also part of the fleet.
The club offers extensive pilot training programs covering Light Aircraft Pilot Licence (LAPL), Private Pilot Licence (PPL), ultralight three-axis training, theory lessons, and ICAO language proficiency tests. Situated on a plateau in the Weserbergland with two runways including an asphalt runway, a control tower, and well-equipped training classrooms, the airfield provides a scenic and functional environment for aviation activities.
Guests can enjoy the on-site Café Cumulus with its terrace overlooking the flying operations, and the club provides additional services such as procedures for flying without an operations manager and a self-service portal for pilots. This combination of comprehensive training, modern aircraft, and attractive leisure offerings makes the Luftsportgemeinschaft Bad Pyrmont - Lügde an interesting destination for aspiring pilots and aviation enthusiasts.
