Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no minimum contract periods or hidden fees.

Which devices are supported?
Every device with a modern web browser is supported. This includes desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

Do I need a headset or microphone?
No headset or microphone is required to use Learn ATC. However, if you want to use the voice communication features, we recommend using a headset with a microphone for the best experience.

Do I need to install any software?

How realistic is the flight radio simulator?
The simulator is built to be as realistic as possible. It uses real-world data and procedures to provide an authentic experience.
How do I get started learning ATC on LearnATC?
If you are new to ATC phraseology, a simple path is to start with the syllabus to see what to learn next, then use the spelling trainer and listening trainer to build core radio skills.
After that, try questions to check your understanding, scenarios to practise specific situations, and the simulator when you are ready to speak and respond in a more realistic flow. This helps you move from basic knowledge to practical communication step by step.

No. Everyone with an account can open the trainer and start practising radio communication right away.

What languages can I use, and does the simulator understand mine?
The interface, questions and lections come in 10 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Ukrainian, Japanese and Turkish. Pick yours under Settings → Language.

What is included in each plan, and can I buy just one feature?
Features are split across different products, each granting different access.

Can I get a refund?
Once a feature has been used, refunds are not available.

Check your spam or junk folder first, then use the resend option and allow a few minutes for delivery.

Can I connect LearnATC to MSFS, VATSIM or other flight simulators?
Not currently. There is no connection to other flight simulators.

Can I customize the simulator?
Yes. In the flight bag you can set your aircraft and callsign and build a full flight plan: departure and destination aerodromes by ICAO, waypoints, runway, and VFR or IFR per leg.
You can also adjust the ATC voice speed and choose a guided scenario or free flight.
