Brief description Rieser Flugsportverein E.v.
Der Rieser Flugsportverein e.V. is an active flying club based at Nördlingen Airfield (EDNO), located in the unique Nördlinger Ries meteorite crater in Germany. The club operates a modern fleet, including the Socata TB 200, Cessna F172M, Evektor SportStar RTC and Tomark Viper SD4 ultralight aircraft.
Members benefit from extensive flying opportunities and an in-house certified flight school, which offers affordable and comprehensive pilot training programs such as the European PPL-(A) EU-FCL-SEP or LAPL-(A)-SEP, as well as the national SPL ultralight license.
The club places great value on community spirit, hospitality and environmental responsibility. It also operates Nördlingen Airfield and provides air traffic services, especially on weekends and on request for local businesses.
