Luftsportverein Treuchtlingen-Pappenheim is an active flying club based at Treuchtlingen-Bubenheim Airfield (ICAO: EDNT) in Germany. It operates a modern and diverse fleet, including ultralight aircraft such as the Bristell Classic, powered aircraft such as the Robin DR400/180R Régent, and gliders such as the ASK-21, LS4, Glasflügel 304 and DG-600. The club offers comprehensive licensing programs for glider training (SPL or LAPL(S)), powered aircraft training (PPL(A) or LAPL(A)) and ultralight training, with a focus on safe, structured and professional flight training.
Flight training is offered to healthy people from the age of 13 for gliding and from the age of 16 for powered flight and ultralight flying. The club values community spirit, active member engagement and regularly hosts events such as summer flying camps and public flying days. The airfield has a grass runway and PPR operations (prior permission required).
This makes the club a notable option for student pilots and aviation enthusiasts looking for high-quality flight training and opportunities in the region.
