Horizon Swiss Flight Academy

The Horizon Swiss Flight Academy, based in Kloten near Zurich Airport, is a flight school approved by FOCA that offers comprehensive EASA-approved pilot training from Private Pilot Licence (PPL) to frozen Airline Transport Pilot Licence (frozen ATPL). The academy offers flexible full-time and part-time training for airplane and helicopter licenses. The fleet includes twin-engine piston aircraft of the Diamond DA42 type. Special programs include an Airline Cadet Programme in partnership with Helvetic Airways and easyJet Switzerland for direct cadet pilot pathways to European airlines. Horizon also offers operator-specific initial and recurrent training in accordance with EU-OPS, technical training for Embraer aircraft, and Airbus A320 type ratings. Thanks to partnerships with Swiss flight schools, students can complete their practical training locally or abroad. The school emphasizes personalized, high-quality training, supported by modern e-learning and simulation tools, and prepares students efficiently for professional pilot careers.

This is a professional, goal-oriented academy that fully complies with the regulations of EASA Part-FCL and Part-147. It is not a club, does not sell equipment, and does not offer its own radio telephony training.<\/p>
