On radar, ATC steers you with headings and levels. You hear vectors and how they end, descents to flight levels and altitudes, and conditions like when ready, cross at or below and expedite.
What you learn
- Read back a heading with its turn, and leave out the reason
- Tell continue present heading from resume own navigation
- Read back the QNH with every altitude
