Interessengemeinschaft Flugtechnik e.V. (IGF) is a German aviation organization based in Braunschweig, specializing in private pilot training under JAR-FCL regulations. The flight school offers comprehensive pilot training for licenses such as LAPL(A), PPL(A), CVFR and night flying. The curriculum includes theoretical lessons in air law, technology, human performance, meteorology, navigation, aerodynamics and emergency procedures. Experienced flight instructors support practical flight training throughout the course. Membership in IGF is required for training, and the concept is cost-effective and flexible to accommodate students' schedules. The fleet includes models such as Cessna 172 TDI, Cessna 150 and Tecnam P2002 JF, operated from Braunschweig Airport (EDVE). For the pilot license, a radio telephony certificate in German (BZF2) or English (BZF1) is required.
