BWLV-Motorflugschule Hahnweide, the oldest flight school in Stuttgart and Baden-Württemberg, offers professional training for private pilot licenses PPL-A, LAPL-A, and NVFR under EASA/FCL rules. The school operates year-round at Hahnweide special airfield near Kirchheim unter Teck, about 20 km east of Stuttgart, with convenient motorway access. The airfield is located at the edge of the scenic Swabian Alb, ideal for combining flying with family leisure.
Membership in the Baden-Württemberg Aviation Association (BWLV) via the "Friends of the Motorflugschule" club offers discounted training and charter prices. The fleet features modern aircraft such as Aquila A211, Aquila A210, various Cessna 152 and 172 models, and the electric Pipistrel Velis Electro.
